Please do not discriminate against your fellow guild members - anyone who is not a complete arse or blatantly refuses to learn/improve where needed is welcome to join, so feel free to invite your friends to fill out raids or sign up.
There are no consequences for not being able to attend guild events/raids due to RL issues. Real life comes first.
If you have any problems with other guild memebers that you cannot resolve yourself, please bring it to the attention of me or an overseer.
